It's always a good idea to keep your backup codes in a safe place, in case you urgently need to access your account and you don't have your authentication device with you.
If you lost them too, or already used them all up, don't despair. You will still be able to access your account, but we will need to verify your identity first.
Please send an email to support@currencytransfer.com with 2 pictures:

- A picture of yourself holding two documents:
- A form of identification with photo (passport or driving licence)
- A piece of paper with today's date written on it
- A clear picture of the same identification document showing all 4 corners of the document
- A picture of yourself holding two documents:
We will then review these documents and on successful ID validation, we will temporarily disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account for you to log in with your password.
Note: This process may take up to 2-3 days.
